1. Not for Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use this website to request emergency assistance.

Medtrek Ambulance provides scheduled, non-emergency medical transportation and interfacility transfers. The Site is not monitored for emergency requests, and submitting a form through the Site does not create an immediate dispatch.

2. No Medical Advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions and appropriate levels of transport care.

3. Transport Services

Requests for transport submitted through the Site are inquiries only and are not confirmed until acknowledged by our dispatch team. Transport services are subject to availability, medical necessity requirements, applicable licensing regulations, and separate service and consent documentation completed at or before the time of transport.

4. Billing Portal and Payments

Our online billing portal allows patients and authorized representatives to look up and pay invoices. You agree to use the portal only to access invoices you are authorized to view and pay. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor; by submitting a payment you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. Insurance coverage, adjustments, and refunds are handled by our billing department, which you can reach at (239) 228-7900.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to access invoices, accounts, or information belonging to others;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to probe or breach the security of the Site;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or transport requests;
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-access Site content or data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — are the property of Medtrek Ambulance or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
